  • For all quotas except reciprocal seats, PTAP and AJK quotas, UHS will accept applications directly from students of ICT, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJ&K, ex-FATA and Balochistan on its online portal against the prescribed criteria.

How the process will run

  • Admissions are conducted through an online portal; the application is editable until the closing date, but the number and order of preferences cannot be changed after the last date of submission.
  • A college left out of a candidate's preference list cannot grant that candidate admission or up-gradation.
  • There is no restriction on the number of colleges a candidate may opt for in the private sector; for the public sector, applicants choose all colleges in order of preference.
  • Admissions complete as per the PMDC schedule, with three or more merit lists; subsequent merit lists are filled by up-gradation on merit-cum-preference.
  • The prospectus for public-sector admissions will be prepared by UHS; the schedule for commencement of classes will be notified by UHS in line with the PMDC admission schedule.
